Our most rigorous offering is Impact Evaluation, which determines the actual causal effects and long-term changes created by development projects. We use experimental designs (Randomized Control Trials RCTs) and quasi-experimental methods (difference-in-differences, propensity score matching, regression discontinuity) where appropriate, combined with strong qualitative approaches to provide a holistic understanding of impact. We assess all OECD-DAC criteria in depth and go further to explore questions of equity, gender transformation, unintended consequences, and scalability. Our Impact Evaluation studies help organizations understand what truly works, for whom, under what conditions, and at what cost. These evaluations enable donors and implementers to demonstrate value for money, justify continued investment, and generate credible evidence for scaling successful models across Sub-Saharan Africa. Clients particularly value our ability to conduct high-quality impact evaluations even in challenging humanitarian and conflict-affected settings. We maintain strict ethical standards, data protection compliance (GDPR and local data laws), and beneficiary safeguarding throughout the process.
