Midline Studies

Loyal Link InnovationsMidline Studies

Midline Studies provide critical mid-term insights by tracking progress against set targets, identifying early successes and implementation challenges, and documenting unintended outcomes both positive and negative. Conducted usually at the midpoint of a project, these evaluations allow project teams to make timely course corrections, reallocate resources, strengthen implementation strategies, and significantly improve the chances of achieving desired results by the end of the project.  Our midline Project Evaluation work includes repeat surveys with baseline respondents (where possible), qualitative case studies, process evaluations, and performance dashboards. We deliver practical, forward-looking recommendations that help teams address bottlenecks, scale what is working, and adapt to emerging realities such as economic shifts or new humanitarian needs.  In fast-changing African contexts, midline studies have proven invaluable for adaptive management. Many of our clients have used midline findings to pivot strategies, improve targeting, and request no-cost extensions or additional funding with strong evidence. Our reports are concise, actionable, and include visual progress trackers that facilitate easy presentation to donors and senior management.
