Advertising effectiveness surveyS
Advertising effectiveness relates to how well a company’s advertising accomplishes the intended objective(s). We help companies use many different statistics or metrics to measure their advertising effectiveness. These measurements can be applied to all types of advertising, including television, radio, direct mail, Internet and even billboard advertising. A company’s advertising effectiveness usually increases sales and profits
Customer satisfaction survey
We facilitate the process of discovering whether a company’s customers are happy or satisfied with the products or services received from the company. This may be conducted through face to face, over the phone, via email or internet, or on paper surveys. Customer answers to questions are then used to analyze whether or not changes need to be made in business operations to increase overall satisfaction of customers.
Brand research is a critical component of business success for two reasons. First, it provides a business with hard data to make effective decisions. Second, it gives a business deep insight into consumer’s mind honestly, consumers do not always act the way they say they will. In fact, when it comes to consumer behavior and buying decisions, consumers rarely act the way they say the will. Like the old saying that humans walk on four legs in the morning, two in the noon time and three in the evening, it thus requires a critical thinking in trying to meet their needs at these different stages of life. Everything changes; we too must change our strategies in dealing with market needs and challenges.
Customer product test
Product testing, also called consumer testing or comparative testing, we use this process of measuring the properties or performance of products. The idea of this, is that since the advent of mass production manufacturers produce branded products that they assert and advertise to be identical within some technical standard. Most product testing either takes place in a central location or in-home. We use a central location when we need a controlled environment or when time or product is limited. In-home testing is most realistic as respondents can try the product at a time and place that they normally would and have longer to consider it. Of course, there are situations where we would ask people to try a product in neither location
We conduct surveys to investigate what segment of consumers read which periodicals and/or listen to or watch which radio or television programs in the mass media
Using media surveys, as a business owner you can interact with many kinds of people, which can include existing and potential customers, not to mention the general audience who might just want to know about you and your product or company. It goes without saying that the greater the number of people who get to know you, the better your chances of increasing business and becoming famous
We help you to find out if consumers already use your product and how often, and determine how integral your product is to their day-to-day life. Describe a new product or service to discover how much respondents would be willing to pay for it, to accurately glean your market price point. Our price survey is easy for customers to fill out – so you can get instant feedback to inform your next pricing decision.
